After his service, Gerald began his fifty-two-year career with Carteret Craven Electric, presently known as Carteret Craven EMC. Gerald proudly served his country in the Marine Corps for two years. Gerald was born on June 20th, 1925 in Barnsdale, Oklahoma.He joined the Marine Corps at the age of 16 and was stationed in Cherry Point, North Carolina during World War II.
Gerald peacefully passed away Friday, July 24th at Carteret Landing in Morehead City, North Carolina.
